Are you ready to let go of the things that are no longer benefiting your life? If you have been struggling with life-long issues/habits, this series will help you to address them. This is a six week class series is taught in the comfort of your home. We begin by teaching the fundamentals of meditation and how to meditate. After you have learned the core practice, we combine the basic teachings of meditation with transformative meditation sessions.
Each class is focused on a different subject and we learn how to use these techniques to address various issues in our lives. These subjects include:
- Habits that are holding us back
- Removing Obstacles from Our Lives
- Learning How to Be Happy
